LITHIUM BATTERY STACK MOUNT – SECURE INSTALLATION KIT FOR UP TO 4 CANBAT CLI100-48LT BATTERIES
The Lithium Battery Stack Mount is specifically engineered to safely stack up to four Canbat CLI100-48LT 48V 100Ah lithium batteries in a compact vertical configuration. This solution is ideal for high-density energy storage systems where maximizing floor space is critical while maintaining safe battery spacing, airflow, and organized cabling.
Constructed from heavy-duty corrosion-resistant steel, the stacking brackets provide excellent structural stability and easy installation. The kit includes all required hardware and electrical cables to connect the batteries in parallel, including grounding and communication cables. Whether deployed in residential energy storage systems, telecom backup installations, or commercial battery rooms, this stack mounting kit provides a reliable and space-efficient installation solution.

INTER-BATTERY CABLES
- Battery-to-battery parallel positive cable — Length: 10 inches, Gauge: 4 AWG, Colour: Red (×1)
- Battery-to-battery parallel negative cable — Length: 10 inches, Gauge: 4 AWG, Colour: Black (×1)
- Battery-to-battery grounding cable — Length: 12 inches, Gauge: 10 AWG, Colour: Yellow & Green (×1)
- Battery-to-battery communication cable — Length: 10 inches, Type: RJ45, Colour: Grey (×1)
Note: Inverter and junction box connection cables are not included. These are available separately in a dedicated cable kit.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Unpack the CLI100-48LT battery.
- Remove the side mounting ears from both sides of each battery.
- Install the stacking components by attaching one bracket to each corner of the bottom battery.
- Remove the locking hooks from the stacking components on the bottom battery.
- Place the next battery on top, align the locating holes, and secure all four corner locking brackets.
- Repeat the stacking process for additional batteries (maximum of four batteries per stack).
- Complete the electrical connections using the included power, grounding, and communication cables.
CAUTION
Do not stack more than four batteries in a single vertical column. Ensure batteries are installed on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting the total weight of the battery stack.
